MAXIE, MY MOLUCCAN COCKATOO
I fell in love with Maxie the moment we met in a pet shop in Seattle. He
remained my constant companion for twelve years. We played hide 'n go seek, danced the tango, played catch, sang
show tunes, took walks all over Marin County, cuddled under the covers and watched old movies on TV. Maxie became more
interested in finding a cockatoo girlfriend and is now a happy husband and father at a parrot sanctuary. I think
of him every day.

I have longed for a pug for decades, and adopted Lola last Thanksgiving.
She likes to cuddle so much I think she's part pillow! Besides eating, Lola's favorite thing in life is to take long
beach walks together. How did I ever live without Lola The Pug?
